ARTICLE 7.PERSONAL RESPONSABILITY OF BUYER
The Buyer is aware of the fact that the use of the Files OR Products may violate (ocal legislation, is banned or that it may violate the warranty rights of third parties such as the manufacturers of vehicles. For that reason, Onlineremap hereby advises the Buyer to use the Files and Products only on private land and/or on a test or racing track, in accordance with the above.
ARTICLE 8. COMPLAINTS
Complaints about Files or work carried out must be submitted to Onlineremap within 5 days of delivery of the file, as detailed as possible, along with a correct technical report, logfile or generated error code.The Buyer must give Onlineremap the opportunity to investigate a complaint. Refunds are always made in credits in your Account.
The Buyer has to prove that the complaint is not the result of the use of poorer quality third-party equipment.
ARTICLE 9. CREDITS
Onlineremap uses a prepaid credit system, these credits are purchased in advance and are credited to the account. The credits remain valid as long as the account is online, so they do not expire after a certain period. When an account is removed, the credits still remaining in the account will also be canceled. Refund is not possible.
ARTICLE 10. REFUND POLICY
Client pays for the work done by us, not for the result of that work. We will put everything in place to provide a good product and provide full support. All labour we perform must be paid and for that reason, it’s not possible paypal refund. Only If solution realy does not work, we can close the order and the amount for that order will go in too your account in our system for using it on other orders.
ARTICLE 11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
